Meet the Team
Owner/Manager
Lisa Carter
Lisa is the Setting Owner/Manager. She took on the role of manager in January 2020 and then took over the pre-school in April 2022. She is also the settings SENCO and the Deputy Safeguarding lead. Lisa is a level 3 Practitioner and has a level 3 qualification in Special Educational needs.
Manager
Rose Auker
Rose is the Setting Manager, Deputy SENCO, Safeguarding Lead and level 3 Practitioner, she has been with us for 3 years she has worked in childcare for 9 years. Before joining our team Rose previously worked in early years at Churchill park so provides Lisa support within her SENCO role.
Supervisor
Becky Moore
Becky has been with us since September 2020 and has just completed her BA Honours degree in Early childhood and education. Becky along side Emily is also the planning co-Ordinator and between them offer the children fantastic learning opportunities. Becky's passion is outdoor learning. She has completed lots of training and helps us to provide an excellent outdoor experience.
Level 3 Practitioner
Wendy Senior
Wendy is a Level 3 practitioner. She joined us at the beginning of the summer 2021 but has worked in childcare for 30 years. Wendy particularly enjoys doing craft with the children and is often making wonderful things out of cardboard boxes.
Level 2 Apprentice
Sienna-Rose Clark
Sienna joined us as a student in 2024 and has since started her level 2 Apprenticeship in Early years. Sienna is loved by the children and is full of great new ideas to engage them
Level 2 Practitioner. Speech and Language Champion
Claire Spratt
Claire is a level 2 practitioner, she has been with our setting for 5 years. Claire runs intervention programmes with any children we feel may need support. So far her success rate with the intervention has be incredible.
Level 3 Practitioner
Keeley Paget
Keeley joined in November 2024. Keeley is level 3 practionor. Before joining our team Keeley worked in a day care setting with children aged 9 months to 4 years. Keeley is full of lots of energy and will often be found running around in the garden with the children.
Level 2 Practitioner
Cheryl South
Cheryl started with us as a volunteer in January 2020 as part of her Level 2 placement. She has now completed her Level 2 and is a valued member of the team. Cheryl works part time with us and will normally be found doing something silly outside in the garden.
Volunteer
Gina Kendal-Ryan
Gina joined us in March of 2022 volunteering and helping us with snack times. Gina is a registered foster carer and has a huge amount of experience working with children. She has worked in schools, as a nanny and was at one point a registered childminder. Gina will also be joining our bank staff team to help out when we need cover.
Early Years Practitionor
Emily Rippengill
Emily joined us in January 2026 having previously done her teaching assistant training at the local Infant School. Emily is planning on doing her Level 2 in Early years in the coming months.
